Healthcare college and career program guides

The funding comes from the ARC’s POWER initiative and will help the university enhance its Industrial Chemistry program.

The funding was announced by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and will come to the university through Senate Bill 450.

The university and its preferred partner, Compass Group, have formed a group purchasing organization that will create a more predictable market for farmers and increase access to Kentucky’s agricultural products.

Dr. Monica Hardin has been promoted from Assistant Vice President of Academic Affairs at Campbellsville University to Associate Provost and Administrative Dean of the College of Arts and Science.

The designation will allow Murray State University’s Center for Communication Disorders to provide more care to patients, education opportunities to students, and more capacity to conduct research.

The $150,000 grant will help the program acquire equipment to support small and large veterinary technology education and workforce competency.

The funding will support the university’s College of Education and Applied Human Sciences with its “ALL Voices Heard: Assistive Learning and Language Tools for Children with Special Education Needs” project.

The two-year Program Development Grant will help the college develop a more engaging first-year seminar experience for students.

The $72 million facility will help advance the Klipsch Educators College and healthcare education at the university, as well as serve as the anchor of the university’s $102 million investment in Indianapolis.

The gift comes from Professor Emeritus of Indiana State University Dr. Jerry Cockrell and his wife, Jan Cockrell, and will establish the Jerry and Jan Cockrell Experiential Learning Endowment for the Bailey College of Engineering and Technology and the Jerry and Jan Cockrell Experiential Learning Endowment for the College of Health and Human Services.
